e-Risk reporting

Track your risks, control your costs !

“E-risk reporting” provides you with a simple and effective outsourced solution for identifying, evaluating and mapping your risks having regard to your natural concern to keep your costs under control.

The concept

Together we generate your risk map and action it at the pace you set. Using RiskTrack to achieve this we can then manipulate the data and give you access to its electronic reporting facilities.

You get the benefit of customised and pertinent interactive reports, which can be used to inform your strategy, or get the best from your financial facilities or insurances.

The various stages

• Preliminary phase

  The first time around we clarify your objectives, any constraints (especially financial), then together we define the extent and breadth of your mapping exercise: which business units, activities and processes undertaken, the roles and tasks of the participants involved, questionnaires to be used, required reports, frequency of repetition...

• Work on the risk map itself

  Then, always with your involvement, from the information gathered, we identify, evaluate, and model your risks (causes, impacts, controls) so that we can finally establish the map within RiskTrack

• Managing your risks

  Either with our help or on your own, you can benefit fully from the risk map thanks to the reporting power of RiskTrack. In place of thick files with thousands of pages or layers of Excel sheets, often incapable of being exploited, you will have an interactive map. Home in on specific issues, bring up global overviews on screen, track the controls, create customised reports... your maps will be clear, practical, will effectively help you to make your decisions.

• And afterwards?

  We always offer you progressive solutions with a wide range of possibilities: after an “e-Risk report” you can chose to manage your risks alone, or you can entrust some of the work to us, or you can continue with us in a coaching framework, progressing towards the RiskTrack solution of your choice...
